Question: Is playing video games too long on a plasma screen bad?

My dad now limits our time on the 360 because he says its bad for the tv. But i don't think it is...i mean its the same as watching tv for an hour than playing the game for one hour. But i do know that our Vizio plasma burns images rather quickly but doesn't last long unlike a permanent burn... but still, is it really bad for the tv?

The 360 is no worse for the TV then anything else you watch on it! Your dad probably doesn't want you playing video games, period! Just FYI on that Vizio plasma! The couple hundred dollars you guys saved on the cheaper Vizio plasma is going to come back and haunt you! Vizio plasma TV's have cheap, under powered power supplies that like to fail! Hope whoever bought that TV, got the extended warranty!
