Question: Is there any way to play old nintendo video games online?

I want to play the old zelda game for super nintendo (answered someone else's question about zelda, now i want to play it again! lol!) online. i just don't want it from some dodgy site with pop- ups, lots of ads, etc. is there anything like that? i tried google, but didn't know how to narrow it down enough. thanks a lot! :)

Try doing a search for Nintendo Emulator.. I downloaded something similar to play old school sega games, or try limewire

The only thing i know of is gametap.com, but you have to sign up for it. A while ago i found a site that let you play like 50 games from NES online, without any catch whatosever, it was so cool, but the site shut down for some reason. :-(
